Safari can not open the site

The website was working fine for the most part, I  placed an order which was successfu and exited out of my safari web browsing app. About 30 seconds after closing my web browser I remembered I needed to order 3 Ebooks, so I clicked to open my Safari app and barnesandnoble.com came up Judy as I left it (order onfirmation screen) so I clicked the websites "home" button but instead of being directed to their home page I was redirected to an error screen with read : "Safari can't open the page because the network connection was lost." I have refreshed the site, refreshed my entire browser, restart my phone, even decided to try acccesing the site via a windows ran desktop computer but no matter what I've tried the site is randomly down.
