Site worked on 2/2/13 after months not being able to login, now can't login again. What is BOA doing on their end?

After months of not being able to log in, on Saturday, 2/2/2013, I had access to most of the site.  Now I can't login again, as the login page doesn't even come up for me to enter my username.  It seems like Bank of America is doing something on their end, since up until the upgrade a few months ago, I never had a problem logging in or accessing my account.  Since I could get in the other day, it obviously is not my computer blocking them as there have been no changes to my software in over a year.
