Windows XP machine using Firefox 26 - enter user id on main page, click signin button and the enter passcode page shows a "we can't process your request" error and it says "we encountered errors with the highlighted item(s)". The items it shows are timeout errors, I'M NOT SIGNED IN YET. I don't get a place to enter my password.
This error doesn't happen on a windows 7 machine however that machine is a work machine and not always available.
