No online banking

On Mar. 7, I presonally changed over to a new account at a BofA office. At that time there were no log on issues. A week later, I couldn't log on to online banking. I reported this to a bank rep and found out I had to reset my pass code. No rep indicated there were server issues. Therefore I tried resetting my pass code 4-5 times and still couldn't log on. For 2 days I had no access to my online account. In light of the NatWest Bank server issues 9 months ago and the recent RBS Bank servers crashing recently, BofA can't afford to have the same issue affecting ANY of its customers at anytime. The bank owes customers a full explanation and not try covering up a server issue. Treat customers with respect. The bank would be stupid and foolish not to as they can't afford it. Full customer respect shouldn't come with a price tag.
