I logged successfully into online banking this morning, but got the internal server error that others report when I tried to log in this afternoon.
I called the tech support customer service phone number linked off of the main B of A webpage to report this problem. I got a strange recording that asked repeatedly for my Social Security number - before even finding out why I called and directing me to an appropriate department. I don't call the tech support number often. But this seemed out of the ordinary - why does tech support need my SS#?? I hung up right away.
