I can get on the BoA site but I can't get my pass word page to load.

I can get on the BoA site but can't get my pass word page to load. It locks up my internet and I have to use "task manager" to get out. When I do get out, I can't get the internet to load on my computer again and have to reboot my computer in order to pull up the internet again.
