Electronic Statement - view as PDF or download as PDF (all functions) not working

I keep getting an error message that my request cannot be completed. unknow error and try again later.  I do have adobe 6.  I have a macbook air. i did a chat but they gtold me that there are no known issues.  I recently switched to electronic statements only so need this info.  ?
