D is for down

there's really no excuse for their site to be down. either they have incompetent folks on the web team or they are being attacked (DDOS'd).

eitherway they are a huge bank, they have enough money to buy DDOS mitigation services like Verisign offers or hire competent people. The bank is still making money while evrything is down you know, it's like being robbed except we say 'ok thank you' at the end.
