can't log in

I can put in my username but when it gets to password after you type you get:   Safari can’t open the page.

Safari can’t open the page “https://onlineeast2.bankofamerica.com/cgi-bin/ias/0/E/LoginEntryPoint?CIPHER_TEXT_IN_HEX=DD2F3B...&IV=FBB6D3557273E29E&sessionid=_2tzaOw...” because Safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server “onlineeast2.bankofamerica.com”.
