cant get ON LINE AGAIN

Have tried for days to access account, called BA  no help they dont know what is going on getting transfered to agents  tried 13 agents, they dont help.   My suggestion call bbb. CANT SOMEONE GET THESE PEOPLE ON TRACK, what about the president of banking ??
