Can't access online banking to pay bills

Been trying since last Thursday to access online banking to do bill pay and I keep getting this error: Proxy Error The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request POST /sp/ACS.saml2. Reason: Error reading from remote server ________________________________________ Apache Server at sso-fi.bankofamerica.com Port 443
