Cannot login to Bank of America

Tried to login in to BOA so I could pay my mortgage bill to BOA. They tell you they want you to do all of your banking online, charge extra to go in to the bank to visit a teller. Doesnt bother me if the mortgage doesnt get paid. The same one I tried to set up auto pay calling the bank 3 time and even going in when I set up the account.
