Can not access online banking.

So now the pain of change has become less than the pain of the present. I am moving all of my accounts to another Bank. I have been researching other online banks for a few months because of this very issue. The one bank that was consistantly up and running and offers freebies and interest checking is INGdirect. Look in to it if you are sick of not being able to pay your bills. There are a few others that are just as good and do not seem to be having the issues that the Mega Banks (BOA) are having.
