bofa site down...no help from them

I initially called 12/28 was given a case number. Have called few times & was promised someone would get back. Hadn't heard from anyone in almost a week so I called last night. I was told because of the notes in tha account they coundn't talk to me over the phone about the issue????? They said I needed to go into a banking center for help. Well I'm going in today and starting the process of closing out my account and having my direct deposits go to my credit union account. Been thinking about this for a while. Thanks BofA for helping me stop procrastinating.
