Bill Pay function down

I cannot get into BillPay to change the automatic payments from my account.  When I try to get into BillPay all I get is a blank screen.  My computer is not locked up as I can click back to the previous screen.  I have logged inthe account several trimes over the course of the evening and the problem is always the same.
