been trying since 8am (in DC) - no love

it's now nearly 6pm on the east coast, still can't log in - always get "This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. For immediate assistance with your banking needs, please call 800.933.6262." and oh, yeah - calling that number is a death wish of "on hold purgatory". just FYI.
