Won't log in, just gets stuck forever on the log in screen

When I try to log in so I can pay my bill, it just gets stuck on the 'this may take a few moments' screen and never loads.

same issue..gets stuck after entering login info....

I login then blank screen in both IE8 and Firefox 14. ATT website has been a mess since before I signed up 2 years ago and still, "We're working on resolving the issues". I dread trying to logon to pay my bill every month.
