I have tried repeatedly to get my billing account logged in to view my billing statements and it will not allow me. It forced me to reset my password, which I did. It then forced me to verify my cell phone number.
When I am in the account, it lists my name but will not allow any detail of my account to be viewed. When I click the link to Bill, it takes a about a minute for the screen to change and then it tells me it is unavilable.
