I login to my account and right before I'm going to place my order the internet keeps me right out. Then I have to login again and again.

Same problem. This website simply has gone crazy - it must be developed and managed by incapable people. Speechless!!!
For several times I could advance to the choose phone page, clicked on adding iphone 5s it doesn't do anything! And in existing phone drop down list there is no Apple products at all.
Very very poorly maintained website, almost the worst I even seen.
