Unable to resolve navigating to view/pay bill section on the ATT website

Tried Chrome browser, which is what I generally use.  Stuck on "https://www.att.com/my/#/passthrough/overview " page, while a spinning message tells me to "Give us a moment, we're almost there". 

Same results on Firefox browser.

I'd like to pay my bill, but I can't get to the page to do so.
