Unable to open, forward, delete email

Cannot receive, delete or send email on both web version on in apple mail in OS X, iPhone and iPad - all down

I can't do anything on your site, can not open my Email account. I have your wireless serve, for what I pay and have two year with. I hope as a customer I am compensated for this problem; YOU are having.
