My internet as been on and mostly off all day
Same problem here - email address and password not recognized. Since Sunday PM
I have been unable to access my email all down.
Called ATT email support. They say my account may have been compromised so they reset my password! She walked me thru a temp password then a reset and everything works fine. First email I got, dated yesterday said my account may have been comprised and I should change passwords! But of course I couldn't log in yesterday to read it!
Suggest you get on the phone with them.
