unable to access email since 8AM

I cannot access att for my email (EnchantedFlorist@bellsouth.net). I have been trying since 8AM this morning! If I go to Yahoo.com, it opens, facebook opens, pinterest opens, but NOT att. I get a message that says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I called in to report it, was transferred from U-Verse & stayed on hold for 48 minutes.
