unable to access email since 8AM

I cannot access att for my email (EnchantedFlorist@bellsouth.net). I have been trying since 8AM this morning! If I go to Yahoo.com, it opens, facebook opens, pinterest opens, but NOT att. I get a message that says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I called in to report it, was transferred from U-Verse & stayed on hold for 48 minutes. I had to hang us as I had an appointment scheduled. Please contact me at 828-777-3606

Since email has was updated email gets stuck, can't tell if email has been sent, can't attach docs, keep getting "email not sent" issues. Told my browser didn't support new version so tried to download newer version of browser but it didn't help.
