AT&T cellular down since as early as 7:30 am CDST, still down now. I am in the Woodlands, TX. No calls, no text, no bars on iPhone 4s. I do have off and on 4G service. On hold with AT&T from another phone,

There is no AT&T service in Montgomery Tx either.
I am out in Sweeny, Texas in Brazoria County and we have no AT&T service either.
No service in League City.
No service in NorthWest Houston either.
No service in The Woodlands
Intermittent service in College Station, but mainly No Service.
