"Technical Difficulties" Logging Into Account To Pay Bill

It's been like this since 6 am eastern time on Friday morning. I only use AT&T to pay my bill so it may have been down longer than what I've noticed, but I haven't been able to pay said bill because of this. I was told that it's a "glitch" and to "be patient". Patience ran thin after the 72 hour mark.

This is unacceptable ... thought ATT was a leader in technology and its been 5 days at least now.

I resolved this issue by clearing the browser's cookie and cache.
