sbcglobal.net email up and down for the past 2 weeks what the heck is going on with att? Getting tired of this called tech support didn't get anything out of them after going through the first layers. Help please or I will be changing providers soon.

i'm having the same problem. when i called tech support i was connected to a 3rd party in another country. they wanted to charge me $180 to "fix" my complicated problem. i went on the att website and just reset my password and i was able to log in. but the problem keeps happening. COME ON GRANDPA! (AT&T) you've managed to monopolize all of these email companies under your umbrella somehow (AGAIN) and now you don't have the server infastructure to handle it?????

Not sure why they ask for the email address I can't check it THANKS AT&T I wonder if I get a discount on my uverse bill while this is not working

my email comes and goes; but has been gone not over a month. Is is hard for an old person who was a hands on contractor with a good life time business or building about 100 custom homes to understand a company with as many customers as leaves in a forest but can't do the job. My customers were people where theirs and just numbers to be exploited instead of being served.

My last email received was at 11:40 a.m. this morning. WHAT IS GOING ON AT&T. No wonder I got rid of your Uverse. I hate their customer service dept. We probably won't get an answer until tomorrow since everything is outsourced. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my last email was received at 12:24 p.m. EST today. I have been able to send email for the last hour or so. Would like to get some type of update as to the status of the email issue/outage.

Very frustrated, can't receive some very important email, and dont know if my emails are going or not (even if it shows "sent", some people are not receiving them...

I have been having the same problem for the last few weeks. The technician was no help. The only thing I did find out is that Yahoo was working on the problem. This has been going on too long

ATT tried to connect me to a 3rd party technician for an additional fee to resolve my email issues with my outlook. ATT changes their server routing and infrastructure almost every other year and never let's the customer know ahead of time. I have changed nothing on my pc so nothing should be broken when the online email works perfectly fine. I can receive emails perfectly fine, but can't send any.

My emoticons aren't working and when I try to type a letter, it has a mind of it's own. Instead of the left click working, I have to first do a right click, then a left click. But the emoticons not working, what's up???

I have lost my email.  This is the second time in the last 12 months.  Emails load up but 2iPpK6they have no resemblance to my lost email.  The date on them was feb 2016.

I click on the 'mail' symbol on my homepage and plug in my email address. Fine.  Then it asks for my password.  I've tried every password I've ever had in my life and it always comes up 'wrong.'  So I click on 'I Forgot My Password' and brings me to a page that says, 'We're having a problem- try again later.'  This has been happening for days if not weeks.  There's important info in there I need to access.  Please Respond!

Unable to send any mail from my phone!  Errors stating that the server has rejected by email because it does not allow relaying!  What does that mean!  I have had sbcglobal mail for over a decade - now, after searching the internet, unable to even find a loging screen for sbcglobal.net.  What's up?
