Same crap. First they force us to use the NEW crappy system now down again.

Same thing here. I have a few accounts and the password requests are very random and no volume of re-entering clears the problem.

When forwarding Email under the NEW ATT/Yahoo Email system, clicking on the "to" will not bring up my contact list as it did in the old classic version. It now requires each name to be entered - one at a time. Went to ATT chat. Response is that this is a known problem and they are working on a fix - may require a long wait. Suggested that I switch back to classis version and gave me a website to switch. They don't seem to realize that once switched (ATT did it) there is no going back. I suggested that ATT send a BULLETIN announcing problems with new version. I spent a lot of time trying to get this to work - to no avail. Doesn't leave a good feeling about ATT being proactive.

Cannot access mail at all.

Can not get into my emails. The system recognizes and responds with my name and shows the subject line to most recent emails received yet insists I reenter my password, even though I entered it correctly. Oohay is a horrible product. Should be put out of it's misery. All this while the giant corporations fight in Washington DC to charge us for every second we spend online; texting, viewing, reading emails, sending emails.....they do not want us to have ANY free time in their systems.

ATT email sucks. Why are they forcing this change on us. It was bad enough when Yahoo took over a few years back. Keeps asking for my password. Why? Chat with Att did not resolve anything

That happens when a new application is implemented without the proper testing. In this case it seems that we are the testing facility.... and we are paying for it!!!

My AT&T email (via YaHoo) has been down for 3-days!!! AT&T tells me this affects ALL of their customers - I FIND THAT HAD TO BELIEVE!! I told ATT to have Yahoo (who does their eMail processing) to have Yahoo backup to a version of YaHoo Mail that works and stop testing realtime!! I have had ATT eMail via Yahoo for maybe 8+ years. I don't know what is going on! Yahoo just did a remake of their eMail site and that is when problems started. A friend of mine works at ATT and told me that ATT and YaHoo are having a SPLIT. We customers seem to be in a battle and are the "cannon fodder". Like . . . Yahoo says to ATT you can't do this without us, see, so pay us more for taking care of your customers eMail!! ANYWAY, I would like to confirm what I was told is TRUE, so if you are an ATT customer that gets eMail through Yahoo, please just respond if you are one with: YES (I am an ATT customer and I am getting my Email through Yahoo just fine), or NO (I am an ATT customer and I also can NOT get my eMail!! Thanks for RESPONDING - Maurie P.S. Please don't respond if you are NOT on ATT eMaill!!

Yes, I did two chats with ATT - one just hung up (major rudeness) after 40 min, the other said had to restart my computer (no reason to do that) after fiddling around on it for a 45 min. . . . .to get out of the chat I figure . . .

have been unable to access email from win7 computer. overseas support personnel worse than useless. How many people can be names "Sean" ? Company is running a show and tell emergency security exercise in NY for the week but if these email issues are any indication, not much is secure or reliable in their network. they have had LDAP server login issues in the past, as well. I have escalated this issue to the president's office for resolution. at the least we should all be given $$credit for the time our email service was unavailable. If you use the system for business, that outage is potentially lost revenue. and anything they moved to 'the cloud' is seriously at risk in today's internet world and outsourced support mindset...
