I need to have phone lines removed from my back yard. At& T keeps hanging up on me because I do not have an account Please Call or e-mail me with a solution. One of the lines is hanging on my fence from the FPL people moving there electrical lines

Phone line hanging down in backyard
There is a very large telephone cable 1 and 1/2 inch diameter down on Rock Creek Rd. in Concord AL The closest address to the down line is 1111 Rock Creek Road, Bessemer AL 35023. It is just before Phillips Lane. There is an approx. 15 feet lieing in the ditch. The large line hangs from the support cable approx. 1 foot off the edge of the payment. The line has been down approx. 2 months and is very much a road hazzard. A wide load would diffently hit it causing a geat deal of damage.

There is a phone line from residence of 1004 S. Garden St. Kendallville INdiana very low hanging into the yard, it touched my head when i was mowing.
