Just go to the Store using your app on your phone.. Took about 60 seconds wham you get confirmation.. Don't waste time going to the AT&T website it's crashed.

Ive tried. I don't know what I'm doing wrong
I tried as well, as did my husband and we can't either.
And now it's a 2 week wait through apple. Been on hold for almost 2 hours waiting on AT&T
