Outgoing calls

Am in the Miami-Dade County area and have been having trouble making outgoing calls since late yesterday, Monday, 12/3/12, evening. Now I cannot get any calls in or out on any of my phones today, Tuesday, 12/4/12, starting about 6:00am ET.

Do hope this can be remedied soon.

I also hope there will be some compensation will be given.
