outbound.att.net down

I can receive my email but not send for the past few days. I keep getting an error message "Login Failed Login to server outbound.att.net failed. retry Enter new password cancel. I have 2 computers and I get the same problem on both machines so the problem is on your side. I tried to report it to technical support but got some Indian guy working off a script. Worthless!

I'm having the exact same problem with the exact same server since Friday, 9/6/2013. I've spent hours trying to resolve the matter but it appears as if it's an AT&T issue. I'm a former customer of theirs but they've allowed me to keep the email account for free so I'm not entitled to their troubleshooting. Hopefully it will resolve itself on their end soon.

Same problem here. I get this error when I try to open my email: We're experiencing some technical difficulties... We’re sorry, but att.net Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue. Temporary error: ymws:Server.MailboxOpenFailed.Busy
