No Service

For the past week I only have cell service for about thirty seconds at a time every fifteen or twenty minutes. When the service does come back I have all signal bars then they drop to one then the iPhone just sits there saying searching.... This is really starting to piss me off. Oh by the way this is in Cumberland, Md
