just spoke with AT&T, "there is a known issue in Missouri they are working on fixing it" Me: you will credity my account? "Once thei ssue is resolved we will take a look" No idea when they will have it fixed... Think its time to change providers....

Just spoke to ATT CUST SERVICE. They confirm no service in KS/MO - don't know source of problem and can't predict when service will be restored. GREAT!

if not on by this evening, I will run to another provider store and get a phone....I requested a credit for no service and they guy was like "well review that once we have service restored" Um, If I am not provided service for any amount of time thru YOUR fault, then I should not have to pay for service I did not get. Am I right?

I was able to get a text and tried an outgoing call that went thru. It might be fixed...
It was cutting in and out here near Lawrence, KS...then went completely out for the last 3 hours or so...seems to be working now!
Able to make outgoing calls and send texts, but unable to receive anything. Been like that since 1/24 around 9am and it still isn't fixed. (This is coming from Lawrence.)
