No phone, No WiFi, No Service

First my phone line died. Then came back briefly in the middle of the night just to die again the next morning. Now, WiFi is not working. I was offered a $10.00 refund and was told tomorrow the problem would be solved. It is my understanding AT&T is having problems all over the city of Los Angeles and rather than telling the truth, I am being told it must be my wires, or the cables leading to the house, or something else that is totally irrelevant and most importantly, not truth. The wires are just fine
