Seem to be having same issue. Internet took a s!*t at about 12:15. Sat on hold for over an hour during which time my mobile connection was acting screwy as well. -Los Angeles.
No internet in a Houston.
No net in chicago
Still no internet service in L.A....I guess those 3 drops of rain really affected ATT's gentle balance of usually terrible service. Why do I pay for this?
I unplugged my modem around 4:00am. When I plugged it in at about 10:30 it initially showed a solid red service light. Just before I punted it into the wall the red light blinked a couple of times then went out. A few minutes later it turned solid green and I have been using it all morning. Still extremely irritating and I feel for anyone still having connection issues. Maybe try another reset? Good luck!
