Will failure to sign into my email ever be resolved?

I agree.  Same problem here.  Running Outlook 2003 on several machines and now getting error message for the past two weeks on all machines saying that authentication is required.  This is very annoying, since I have another email account through my business that is scheduled to download new emails at the same time (every two minutes), but when the ATT/Bellsouth acccount pops up the error message, it freezes downloads from ALL accounts until one physically clicks the "OK" or "cancel" button.  Meanwhile, the emails from my business account have already been downloaded to my office machine and deleted from my my office email provider's server and thus unavailable when I finally arrive at home at the end of the day and am able to click the "OK" button in response to the ATT Network Password error message.  

I changed POP settings to "inbound" and "outbound", replacing former Yahoo settings, as ATT website suggested on their website, but the problem continues to exist.
