no cell service

I have AT & T cell service and the past 3 or 4 months the cell service is horrible in my area since the hurricane last year. It started randomly now more often. It's ridiculous I can't call you to tell you because it says I have no signal for an hour now and I live in a major area by the mall in Slidell LA. Isn't there anything you can do to fix this issue? When I do have service it is limited to one bar maybe 2 if we are lucky unless we are outside in the yard. We have had your service for almost 5 years and I am considering moving to Verizon when my contract is up in January. Please look at Slidell off Thompson Road by the mall. It needs to be fixed!
