No cable service or Internet service since 6:00 am this morning

We've been down all day also. Some people have service back and some don't, even in same vicinity. Infinity is starting to look good.

Same here, in Palm Bay, FL, since I woke up at 0600. At 1100 customer service recognized there was a widespread outage, and hoped to have it resolved by 1200. At 2200 customer service claims that the company has been installing new/upgraded network hardware, which caused the outage, and they are working diligently to resolve the issue.
