https://rbtapp.att.com/ errors when trying to purchase or manage ringbacktones

when i go to the app and click purschase a ringback tone it gives me a veiw text . then i have to shut down that site to view text when that happens it will not give me back to the screen to put in that code. i have to go back and start all over from the begining of app to purschase .(note) will not let me view code and return to app to purschase ringback tone)
