Email server not allowing me to receive emails

Is the server on some sort of service or down? I send out test messages and I do not get bounce back, but I cannot receive messages. No errors, just nothing showing up at all. Even on the direct site, it says I have no emails when I have sent 2 test messages from different accounts that says they went through. Any word?

I am not receiving email. Test messages does not arrive. There is also nothing on the yahoo website. No mail since late this morning.

Last email received says 9:37am. It is now 1:00pm. There should be many, many messages since that time.

Same issue now at 6.56 p.m. Central time (US). Nothing on Yahoo WWW site. On terminal hold on phone/Yahoo support. "Your call is important to us. Pleas hold on." No time estimate of hold given. Can send e-mail from within Yahoo but not receive it.

Our sbcglobal.net / AT&T mail has been down all day long, since about 9:30am. Just now received two test messages sent from other emails/servers, which did arrive, but none of the emails that came to us between 9:30am and now have come in, only those two random test emails. In doing some research I see that the comcast.net emails have ALSO not been receiving emails all day. Wonder what is going on with those two companies who of course are separate and in direct competition with each other, so that this does not make any sense. Wonder if it was a hacker attack.
