email not accessible

AT&T is terrible, in my opinion. I've had problems for the past three days. I can send, but not received. Read dozens of posts, tried many options including changing from POP to IMAP and nothing seems to work. Any ideas welcome. AT&T was no help. Only wanted me to pay for their help even though they admitted the problem was probably with their yahoo servers. Terrible company in my opinion...would never recommend them.

I'm able to get to att.net homepage, but unable to access email. Message says, Oooops, att.net mail unable to load. Can anyone help? AT&T doesn't seem to be interested.
