My e-mail accounts stopped sending and receiving; password dialog box pops up. When I tried online troubleshooting, a page popped up that says "sorry, you caught us at a bad time. We're troubleshooting a technical problem."

My e-mail has been out for a week. We have two computers and a smart phone and none of them work for sending or receiving e-mail.
I continue to get the pop up box saying that either my user name or password is wrong..
