It loads but I cannot reply and then can't reload. Giving error code 999

Cannot access my email via the server or from my Apple Mail application. Oct. 25 all day. My password and user Id is always rejected.
Mine is doing the same thing it is pissing me off i have everything important sent to that email they need to hurry up and fix it i know how hard it is but come one. I say after this they need to kick up their security. I think they were hacked.
