AT&T log in site is still down...they just my rates and can't manage a website. Sad.

I can't even get to the sign-in page that I normally get when I click on "Check E-mail".
AT&T site is having problems. It's down for everyone.
It's been down over 3 hours for me. Just now it finally let me sign in, but when I clicked to go to my e-mail a message came up: "Sorry, we cannot process your request."
Here's the message I get after logging in...........
