Can't log into my att/yahoo email account since early this morning and can't get email on my iphone through the email app. what gives and when will it be fixed?

I am unable to recieve or send mail through my email app (Outlook 2007) the att.net web mail works and I have also reset my password but that did not resolve my issue.
email down since saturday morning. The fools added "new and improved" and blew the whole thing up. 4 days later it still isn't fixed.
Email gives error message about password! Need email back!

Repeated errors logging onto incoming mail server (POP3) for sbcglobal.net. Server is rejecting password. I changed the password, but this has not helped.
Att had emailed me 3 weeks ago stating that "webmail was getting upgrades this month". Is this why we can't login?
