You fixed something that wasn't broken, and now it's a total mess.  put it back to where it worked

It's getting to be nearly impossible to log into my att.net email! I'm either routed to Yahoo or "Can't reach this page"

It looks like your service is going from bad to worst.   Not being able to log in as ussual.  I might consider using some one else.  this happens very oftenb, but today it not allowing me to get in.  I need some ifno. ASAP.

This is just a little over the top, this has been happening for too long and too many times.  Get it straight ATT, the price paid for your service doesn't seem to match the service you are supplying.  Either drop the price or fix the service!

I have tried to "login to att.net, att.com "passthrough to "digital home phone:pass through to "manage features" both through new site & using the "old" drop down menu and can not get in.  This happened the last time but after about 10 minutes I did get in. I have been at this for 20 minutes.  I pay for your fastest internet. b I get timed out, told the site does not exist.  I can't even log into my email to see "if" you ever respond or not.  I pay an "outrageous" amount for what??? NO SERVICE>  How about a refund for all the aggrevation???

I keep losing access to all my accounts.  edieb78@gmail is the only one that sometimes comes on, but it doesn't ask my password. I have two sbcglobal.net accounts:  edieb5 and kslockbox, bur some hacker is continually removing or changing my passwords. The same thing happens to other urls that I belong to and try to sign in.  What is going on? Is it because my rural area in Dayton, NV doesn't offer uVerse so I have to use DSL?

I used Internet Explorer to access my email because I get the same redirection from Edge. There was an update and as usual it makes things worse.

I have checked my wi-fi and have a strong signal but cannot get logged into my email account. I have had this trouble all week and it seems I have to try and do all sorts of trying to come in through the back door to get in. Today nothing is working. I am able to get into ATT but not my emails.

Are there any answers/solutions to this problem? I haven't been able to access my email from a computer in several days.

The the past month I have had trouble getting to att email but I am able to get to the att home page. I'm always redricted to "this page can't be reached". Sometimes after several tries I am finally able to log in but sometimes I give up. I see other customers are have the same trouble. Please address this issue.

I cannot log into email from att.net or yahoo.com.  This has been going on for days.

I have been trouble loggin in to my yahoo/att account.  Figured out a fix for this problem.  Clear all download history, cache, everything.

Then un-install Internet Explorer.  Re-Start computer and then go to Yahoo, click mail icon and you should be able to log in.  You may have to re-install Internet Explorer first.  I un-installed it, but there may have been an older version I un-installed because when I re-booted, it was still there so I was able to click on the "e" and go to Yahoo.  Hope this helps ya'll!

Can't get into  my email for two days now.  

I think it is time for a lawsuit.  My user name for emails is being blocked by ATT.  Unfortunately, they have not been helpful the last 4 days and we have everything from DMV notices, medical appointments and bills being sent to the att user name.  If they unblock my user name, then, maybe I can move all the folders, etc. to a different user name away from them.

Cannot log in again to my email.  I have had ATT service since the early 80s, but their email service has become unusable over the past several months.  Cannot access it through my regular email service on the computer (outlook) and now not on Edge or Chrome.  The only access now is through my phone.  I am just going to have to switch all my services over to a different email provider.  This just isnt working anymore.  Missing too much by the delay getting my mails.....

Why are we unable to access our e-mail? Most of us have been using this e-mail address for years. If you are no longer allowing us access, then the least you can do is tell us how to transfer our accounts to anoth provider and we can stop wasting our time with you, and work with a provider who wishes to work with us.

I can reach AT&T webpage, but 50% of the time can't reach my email unless I unplug and wait for everything to reset.  This is VERY annoying and has been going on for months, even after I had my computer professionally checked.  Also, our UVerse TV has started to pixillate and even goes out temporarily when some cars and trucks go past our house.

I live in Bowie, Tx. Ridiculous service here for Email. The cost of this internet and phone bill is higher than any other in town. I have had my phone and then internet for over 30 years. Now...I do not recommend it.

Unable to log into Att.net email. After entering amy email address I get an message that they can not reach the page to enter password.
