click on view/pay bill takes me to blank screen. if I try to login first, I just get a blank screen

Will not load on MF or IE.
Same thing happening to me...this is really frustrating-trying to pay bill for two days now!!
i need to see and be able to access my account. im glad i dont have dsl service or u-verse with them. thats why i never renew my cell with them. if this keeps up may just let the cell account die and go with another provider. there is no excuse for this from this local monopoly!
