For the past THREE DAYS, when I try to get into My Account on the web site, I get a screen saying Sorry. You caught us at a bad time. We are busy fixing a technical issue. We'll be back soon and apologize for the inconvenience.

Such B.S. The account portion of the website has already been down for a few days. They must have got hacked. Pretty bad that the most important part of the site is down.
