Will not accept correct password for email account.

Will not log into My Yahoo page or webmail from any computer or browser using known correct password. Once an alert came up saying my account may have been hacked or the security compromised. Tried to call ATT 3X today. After wading through the maze of VM prompts to get a live body the first asked if I wanted to delete the email account (didn't seem to understand my question or problem after 3 explanations) then transferred me to a disconnected number. The second disappeared and I ended up back in the queue. The third time I was on hold an extremely long time and gave up.

Problem here -- will not accept passowrd through Mozilla Thunderbird email client OR iPad email client However, CAN login through browsers (Safari, FireFox 20.x)

Turns out my email account was hacked and when the volume of SPAM spiked att shut it down. Finally got through to their Tech Support and reset the password and got in. Evidently people just sitting in rubber rooms hacking decided I was important. I do NOT have an easy password but will be elevating its level and going to two step verification for all my accounts. AND this is a pain--changing passwords more often.

cannot receive emails or send. att.net allows me to change password. but can't use any password to access mail. please fix

Can not access my email through bellsouth, att or yahoo. Same user id same password as it's always been. message says user name and password are incorrect.

I have been struggling with high speed Internet at least a year. I've had my computer in and out of shops. I am exhausted trying to use it. It is only getting worse. My home page is yahoo but it is also going through Internet Exployer for some reason. Kaspersky, my internet security finds no virus problems, but the computer locks up and I can't delete the sheet I'm looking at. Many pop ups and advertisements. Another phone problem- At&T customer service will not answer the ring but puts you unlimitedly on music with out any explaination. AT&T seems to allow harrassment calls to customers. I know there is a change coming in July but I can't talk to any representative to find out the changes. I've tried to find out why my bill went up over $18.00 this month. No luck. I'm not pleased. As you can see by my lengthly at&t record I've been a loyal customer. That may change. Anna

I sent many compaints. Then I noticed error on the page message. My high speed internet is extremely slow. Please let me know if my list of complaints did not arrive.
