attglobal.net server down for more than 72 hours!!

attglobal.net server for receiving mail is not operating for more than 72 hours(!!). Yes. Not accepting emails for >72 hours. Yes, Web mail is not operating. Can you imagine such a service quality in 2013 ??? And on top of it the 'Network Status' report is FALSE!!, saying: "The Internet Service is operating normally at this time" - while customer service admits that they have a real system failure that they still didn't resolve. Lousy operation !!

Associates are telling me that emails to me are being rejected as "mailbox full". Trying to access my account to clear my mailbox but am told that this service is not available.......so I'm stuck with no email service from AT&Tglobal. This is now 5 days. I ASSUME they're not going to charge me for their service this month??? Customer service just says be patient!..They don't have an estimated time of system being up again. Is this a major take down that they don't want to speak about??
They're lying to you. They will not admit their servers are Down.

I am receiving e-mail from the attglobal.net account, but I cannot open the messages. It is a constant crapshoot when I log on to see if I can open my e-mail. Today attglobal.net is say "service is temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again." What is happening?
